From laser cutting to final integration,
we control deformation, stress, and tolerance stack-up
to ensure predictable assembly accuracy.
At Rilon Metal, we combine CNC laser cutting, turret punching, and multi-axis bending to deliver high-precision, stress-free components with exceptional dimensional consistency.

Precision Leveler
This is where dimensional stability is truly engineered.
After cutting and punching, residual stress inside the materialcan later amplify into bending deviation, twisting, or assembly misalignment.
Rilon integrates specialized multi-roller precision levelers (equivalent to German KOHLER standard) to treat processed components. By executing hundreds of alternating cyclic bends, the material’s residual molecular stresses are completely eliminated, leaving a flat, tension-free blank.
Stable geometry before bending means predictable geometry after assembly
Explore how Rilon Metal optimized a complex chassis. By refining bend radii and notch reliefs, we enhanced structural rigidity while lowering material waste and production costs.
